I started WebAidHub because a lot of great small businesses have websites that are outdated, hard to use on a phone, or missing entirely. That costs them customers every day.

Common questions
How long does it take to build my website?
Most Starter sites take about 1–2 weeks and Business sites about 2–3 weeks. A lot depends on how quickly I get your photos, logo, and info.
Do I need to already have a domain or hosting?
No. If you don't have a domain (like yourbusiness.com), I'll help you buy one in your name. Hosting is included, since every website comes with the Care Plan.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo (if you have one), some photos of your business or work, your services and prices, and your contact info. If you don't have good photos or text, I can help with that.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once it's paid for, the website and domain are yours. No lock-in.
What if I want changes after the site is live?
Every website comes with the Care Plan, which includes edits each month.
How do payments work?
You pay the full price up front to get started, securely online by card. If you're not happy with your site, you get the website price back in full. The monthly Care Plan is non-refundable, but you can cancel it anytime.
What if I don't like my website?
Then you don't pay for it. If you're not satisfied, I'll undo the changes and put things back the way they were, and you get the website price back in full. No hard feelings. Monthly Care Plan payments are non-refundable.
